We will arrange a face to face meeting or zoom meeting as soon as possible to get to know each other.  At this point, we can discuss the various packages we offer in more detail.

Some of our couples initially enquire with us for on-the-day coordination. However, once we have the initial meeting you may find that the full planning service is more suited to your needs due to our contacts, expertise and simply having the time to devote to making sure no details are missed for your special day! Did you know, on average couples spend 10-15 hours a week organising their wedding?

Full Planning Service

We offer a full planning service, this is perfect for you if you simply don’t have the time due to your lifestyle, our full package includes:

  • Sourcing a suitable venue or liaising with your chosen venue.
  • Creating your desired theme, working with your own style and taste.
  • Creating an event proposal to cover every aspect, from catering to special entertainment.
  • Recommending suppliers that will best deliver on the day, and co-ordinating with suppliers prior to the big day.
  • Sourcing and co-ordinating the suppliers needed to style your venue.
  • We will be the first ones to arrive on site and make sure everything is as you’ve imagined it!
  • On-the-day co-ordination (to make sure there are no hiccups!)

We will ensure all the “tidying up” is done afterwards so the following day you can enjoy being newly weds!

Styling and Setup Service

Perhaps you have planned your key wedding suppliers and the logistics of the day, but need help turning your styling ideas into reality?

Or, maybe you won’t have enough time to devote to styling the venue during the run-up to the big day?

This package can support you in two different ways:

  • We can design a styling concept for you based on your tastes, likes and choices you’ve already put in motion for your wedding. We can source all the necessary details to make these ideas a reality and be there to oversee the entire set this up and pack down for you at your venue or marquee of choice.
  • Alternatively, you may already have designed your styling concept and have everything you need to make your venue or marquee look special. Yet, you lack the time or helping hands to set all of this up. We can do this for you!
  • We will meet two months before your wedding day to clarify your vision and progress.
  • We will check preparations are finalised, and all necessary supplies are in place to ensure styling will be a success.
  • We will attend each day for venue set-up, matching your specification.
  • Pack down can also be arranged if necessary. We will ensure your post-wedding day is spent relaxing and taking in all the fun of the previous night without having to be stuck up ladders!

On-the-Day Coordination Package

Sometimes our couples want to do it all, from ringing up venues to firstly see if they have a date available, to co-ordinating with their supplier. However, on the wedding day all you want to think about is what time you can crack the champagne open – this is where we come in! We can provide you with personal support, with our on-the-day coordination.

You will receive:

  • We will require a meeting with you at least eight weeks before your wedding day. We will create an event schedule, to ensure your day runs smoothly.
  • On-going contact and coordination with supplier, we will check your preparations are finalised, while you are getting ready.
  • An on-site visit, the day before your wedding, to run through your set up and logistics of the day.
  • Personal support, from the beginning of your big day, to ensure that suppliers, entertainers and guests arrive, and are in place on time.
  • Continued support to the end of the day to make sure everything goes to plan, and most importantly the right song plays for your first dance!

Partial Planning Service

If you have everything in hand but need some help to source a specific supplier to finish off the vision for your day, or you’d like to take advantage of our set-up service, then this is the package for you.

If you’ve started the planning journey and now need a little extra support, Bright Ideas Events are here to help. We understand how everyone’s needs are different, which is why we’ll create a bespoke package based on your plans so far. We can deliver ultimate peace of mind.

 We will have a complimentary online meeting for up to an hour, to discuss exactly how we can help and how the hourly assistance will work.

Destination Wedding Planner

Pop the Questions Consultancy

This wedding consultancy package is for couples who are starting their journey, who have all the questions and instead of typing them into google, you can speak to us!

We can put your mind at ease and set you off for your planning journey!

  • At what stage to be booking all the things you’d like to incorporate in your day?
